An important part of the investment process is to keep our clients informed and in control. Our clients receive clear, ongoing communications either by phone, mail and e-mail. We now offer quarterly updates using modern technology. Each quarter, we host an online conference called Webinar, a unique internet and telephone conference tool that allows us to connect to our clients on a quarterly basis in a group setting. Our clients will have the choice to call a telephone conference center and log into the web site to hear and participate in the quarterly review, or they can simply call in and listen. To participate please call our office or send an e-mail to Shawn@TownsendRetirement.com for the conference center phone number and access code. Two ways to participate: Phone Only Follow the call-in directions included in the invitation on the evening of the phone conference to listen only. Phone and Computer Access BEFORE THE CONFERENCE Call in or e-mail to request your personal code and instructions two weeks prior to the conference. Reply to the email that is sent to you. Follow the directions on the e-mail to receive your personal code — save the response e-mail with your code until the evening of the conference. EVENING OF THE CONFERENCE Call in on your phone to the conference center. And if you are using your PC to view the presentation: Log into your computer into the secure site using your personal code — link on the response e-mail Listen to the presentation via the phone, and view it on your PC.
